...Don't repost the whole profile, just edit the first post!
Perhaps it is your imperfection that which grants you free will, that allows you to persevere against cosmically calculated odds. You prevailed where the Titans' own perfect creations have failed.

You'll need to wait for a staff member (GM, Trial or FH) to read and make the post on that.

It's best to edit the original post rather than make a new one with added edits, otherwise the thread tends to get long and messy.

Anyway!

Issues with Althair's timeline:
  • Varian Wrynn was born ten years before the First War, which would make it year -10. So, to be born 25 years before him, he'd have to be born in year -35, making him 65 years old now. Changing that to being born 10 years before Varian Wrynn would fix it handily.
  • Arthas was made a paladin when he was 19, in the year 15. This would make Althair 35 years old, rather than 21.

On another note, we've got a policy against mingling too much with extremely powerful, well known lore figures - Alonsus Faol, Tirion Fordring, etc. These characters should be replaced with ones like Jhorgenson. The reason for this is, if he is on speaking / friendly terms with such important figures then most people in the world would know about him as well, which would make him much more powerful and well-known, which isn't fair for them. Simply changing these characters to smaller level NPCs, or making up characters (this is fine) to replace them, provided they are less well-known - but Alonsus Faol could be replaced with a bishop, for example, and he wouldn't need to send a letter to stay in Hearthglen, as it's an open city and friendly to priests, they'd likely give him a bed anyway.

Also, Althair's ability to read souls is fine, as long as it doesn't breach metagaming rules - that is to say, that people are allowed to deny the ability OOCly, but if they agree to it OOCly then he's allowed to use it. I doubt this should be much of an issue, but I'd like to clear it just in case!

I think that is all. If there isn't, I'll make an addendum, but otherwise making these edits should be enough for an approval!

@"lordnathal" : just a point about the profile approval process and editing: instead of editing your posts like you did in post #5 to let us know you've made the edits, make sure to reply/bump the thread stating that you've made the edits or are going to. If a staff member doesn't see a new reply there is less of a chance that they'll check it again if they were the last post.
