Argent Crusader's Tabard

The quests/raids needed to earn the appropriate achievements that unlock Argent Crusader's Tabard seem to be bugged. May that tabard be added to the vendor in OOCC?

I'll understand if not since the design might imply a higher rank than the one currently available and would be then only handed out on a case by case basis, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask anyway.

I know, way back when, I asked Loxmardin to spawn me one for my Valira and the reason against it was that it denoted too high a level (That, and it can be used to teleport) so that reason may stand.

But, as a user of that frankly beautiful tabard I agree.

Just make everything that vendor sells available without the requirements. Just saves time, because she sells a lot of neat knick-knacks such as the Argent Squire, the other Argent tabard, the Argent mounts (black and white), plus iLevel 200 gear and arcanums.
