Is it at all possible to give a cape the look of Stung, and one-handed sword that goes on your back?

Err...

I suppose the real question is why you would want to do that when you can just have a sword on your back.

I am fairly confident the answer is "No," however.
Have you hugged an orc today?

Well. I was wanting two swords on my side, a sword on my back, have a bow, two-handed sword..

Basically, to make a weapon master of sorts. Just my curiosity.

Even though it is certainly possible, its a stupid idea. No one goes around carrying that many weapons, just feel lucky that you can actually hold that many weapons in your backpack =D. Although if you want to make it easier to equip those weapons, http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/2183/.
