Concerning Lightslayers
#1
I literally just told myself, "I should make a Lightslayer one day."

However! The wiki pages only tell you so much. I'm planning on rolling her the moment I get my computer back, and I can get on the server.

My questions for those lovely Forsaken lore experts would amount to:

Exactly what are the teachings of the Cult?

Would a Lightslayer employ public disguises?

What weapons could she use aside from blades and crossbows?

Basically: halp i needz educhion abut litsleyrs pls
Perhaps it is your imperfection that which grants you free will, that allows you to persevere against cosmically calculated odds. You prevailed where the Titans' own perfect creations have failed.

I personally don't know much about Lightslayers, but I know @kimaira made one! I'm not sure if they're away at the moment, but the profile may help.

Also, there's the old prestige page for them, which gives a better insight into CotH's implementation (though it's currently defunct), and the WoWpedia entry (as the WoWwiki entry is stinky) which gives weapon proficiency information.

From what I gleaned from all of the sources, you have leeway in weapons, but they're going to be small and one-handed, most likely, and definitely based on swords/daggers.

Move him into the sun—
Gently its touch awoke him once,
At home, whispering of fields half-sown.
Always it woke him, even in France,
Until this morning and this snow.
If anything might rouse him now
The kind old sun will know.

Think how it wakes the seeds,—
Woke, once, the clays of a cold star.
Are limbs, so dear-achieved, are sides,
Full-nerved—still warm—too hard to stir?
Was it for this the clay grew tall?
—O what made fatuous sunbeams toil
To break earth’s sleep at all?

...Maulbane, you have no idea how damn awesome you are, bro.
