"Failed to Apply Patches"
#1
I finally got all the patches installed up to 3.3.5 (12340). When I try to log in, it gets nearly the way through logging in, then states "Failed to apply patches. You may need to reinstall or call technical support."

Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Are you running from Wow.exe? That error is a bit abnormal. Try renaming Launcher.exe to something else (like Launcher.exe.bak, though this is assuming you have file extensions shown, which many people do not).
Something else I'd suggest is to take a screenshot of the contents of your WoW folder and upload it here!

This worked! I had already substituted the realmlist, but somehow it defaulted back.

Thanks for your help!
