Is there a way to manufacture a custom item that has the feign death effect attached? Sometimes the ability to pass out IC without emoting "lays down." would be very very handy.

To my knowledge, no. Not with GHI.

For the ultimate opinion, though, go find DuskWolf or QuantumLegacy. They know more about it than I . . . erm, /ever/ will.

I can make an item that dose the emote but it will still have the text "lays down" but there might be a way with Kret making an item
