Goblin Starting Area (Add to: Starter Zones Horde)

I noticed that Kezan isn't in the Starter Zones (Horde) list. Not sure if Gilneas City is also missing from the Alliance Starter Zones, but could this be added? Nifty little town for goblin roleplay. =)

I think it's in lore that Bilgewater Port was destroyed or something in the Cataclysm. I also think the GM team is already planning on adding Bilgewater Port to the RP location list for Horde cause as you said, it is a pretty nifty area for Goblin RP. As far as I'm aware, the starting zone list hasn't been updated, I'm not even sure Darkspear Isles or Gnomeregan are on there either.

EDIT: I'm assuming as an RP location it will be a different city than Bilgewater Port.

If that's the case, then yes. It could be considered a 'different' goblin town.

I believe the plans are to make it a neutral port of Kezan, however, the area has not been furnished yet with neutral NPCs. Currently all the Horde NPCs are phased out, so conceptually someone could rp there but the place is utterly empty and like a ghost town and only goblins on hearth can get there.

But it is intended to be an rp location later on. For now we have the Undermine.
