Ritual of Summoning/ Summon Friend available to everyone?

Regrettably, I have no intention of allowing players use of a teleport or summon command.

That said...

I have been considering creating a clicky item that would cast Ritual of Summoning. I'd probably add a CD to it, but it stays up for a fair amount of time. I also tested Have Group, Will Travel, but it doesn't seem to work yet. >.<

Alright, a Soulshard of Summoning has been added to Mok'tar. Note that I believe game mechanics require players of your faction to click the portal, even if characters of the opposite faction are grouped with you.
