#1
I'm Not sure If said tower is clear or not, Heck, I haven't even been approved; But i was wondering, If upon my approval, I could have one of the GMs Perma clear the tower south of the bridge between westfall and duskwood for an RP I had in mind?

The GM's would not go about clearing things out for the players pleasure. That was called Housing, and that is down for now.
Vaermina: So cold, yet she feels alive. On Death Row.
Bell: Arrogant yet kind-hearted. Crusader.
Gral'dar: Joyful and Alive.
Valia: Brilliant but easily confused. Expert Scientist/Engineer
Sala'driana: Too Flirtatious for her own good.

Call it what you want, it's still just clearing an area out for a player's pleasure.

I'm Not talking about Putting things in or putting a sigh outside declaring it Mine, I'm asking for three or four NPCs that are irrelevant to anything.

NPC removing, custom spells, modifying reputation, skills, etc.. may sometimes cause DB problems, changes according to the emulator and DB though.
