Race of character/NPC: IC: Nathrezim (Demon) OOC: Human

Class of character/NPC: Warlock

Name of character/NPC: Sekrin

Duration that character will be used: Persistent

Location the character/NPC: Azeroth, Outland, Twisting Nether

Level requested: 85

Any special equipment needed: No thank you.

Purpose: I was always fond of characters with dark intentions, villains if you would. This is not different, of course I have Xenaith for when azerothians need to be reminded that they are not safe. But! There are things I can't do on Xenaith as she is. She is still Hailen's minion and she still got a leash around her neck. This is why I am aiming to get this Nathrezim in order to further encourage the Burning Legion RP on CoTH. The character will also be able to act as a master of felsworns if someone would desire for such. I personally think that kind of RP would be preeeettty neat. Oh and of course there's also the Burning Legion guild which is just getting started by Grogloki, I was/am actually planning to join that with Serkrin, it should be a nice opportunity for me to get some good RP with like-minded players and characters. Just like with Xenaith, I am planning to actively RP the character and not let it gather dust in a corner.

I kept the profile short and to the point for easy reading, just so you guys can get some info about the character. I can enlarge it if necessary though!
Class: Warlock

Age: 33,202

Sex: Male

Hair: Bald

Eyes: Fel Green

Weight: 11.200 lbs

Height: Scale 0.65

Abilities:

Sleep: As a master of magic, Sekrin can put an individual in a sleep-like state for a while, keeping him or her out of combat enough for Sekrin to handle the other attackers or to flee.

Carrion Swamp: Fel energy is unleashed upon Sekrin's enemies in the form of green bats which explode on impact.

Possession: Through means unknown by the mortal races, the Nathrezim can possess the mind of their targets, using them as their host. Sekrin is able to do just that, he uses the possessed human body as their host, taking full control of the humanoid. He uses this so he may pass unnoticed among the azerothians.

Vampiric Aura: Sekrin has a vampiric aura which lets him replenish his life energy as he deals damage and causes pain to the enemies.

Inferno: A spell Sekrin rarely ever uses, he has the ability to call down an infernal from the twisting nether to end his battle if he has more pressing matters to attend. He can also use the spell in order to change the odds of a battle he isn't part of without showing his true self.

Usual Garments/Armor: Sekrin uses some sort of crimson colored set of fine leather meant to protect him in battle from the mortal weapons. It was probably forged very long ago somewhere in the Twisting Nether.

Personality: Sekrin is not different than his kinship. He is cunning manipulative manipulative and more than cruel. With malicious intentions, he wouldn't shy away from anything for a chance to push Azeroth back in Burning Legion's grip. He finds great pleasure in tormenting the life on Azeroth. Providing that his history began before Sargeras was even corrupted, he wouldn't shy away from betraying the legion if he has a very good reason to do so or if he finds out that he is not being treated with the respect he deserves. But he is still loyal to Sargeras and his lieutenant Kil'jaeden.

History: Sekrin as a Nathrezim is a lieutenant of the Burning Legion, leading countless demons to war. On Draenor Sekrin remained within the shadows, hidden among the orcs while watching the events unfold. The opening of the Dark Portal was all he needed, he slipped inside the new world, beginning to spread his webs through the Alliance. He possessed a human noble, the head of a Stormwind noble house. He started to turn humans against each other, taking great pleasure in watching the humans kill each other. He continued his nefarious acts and helped with the destruction of Stormwind from inside while the orcs did the rest. He murdered his host and carried on, possessing an orc. He kept that disguise throughout the first war as he awaited the orders of the Burning Legion.

The second war wasn't particularly different for Sekrin, he possessed another human noble, this time one from Lordaeron. He did his best to bring down Lordaeron from behind it's walls but his efforts were not enough, the horde failed to bring down the same walls and it was the time for him to remain silent as he watched the Alliance win the war.

Sekrin rejoined with the Burning Legion when the Scourge was unleashed into the world, helping with it as he knew best, by infiltrating the targeted town and cities. He returned to Lordaeron, he watched Arthas plunge the sword through his own father. That was the moment when Sekrin believed that the Burning Legion will finally be successful in taking over Azeroth. He rejoined with his demonic brethren and marched through the Eastern Kingdoms led by Sargeras' lieutenant, Archimonde. The legion of demons with Sekrin included would soon enough reach the World Tree. The invasion would be a failure however, the Burning Legion is once again defeated by the azerothians and Sekrin goes into hiding to avoid death. He remained hidden for the next years, he continued to spread his web and gain information for the Burning Legion. He still finds pleasure in turning the inhibitors of Azeroth against each other while waiting for another invasion.

Notes: I am not planning to use the possession ability on player characters, my only intention is to take control of NPC characters, that way he can spread chaos without showing his true identity.

Personality: Grukog is a vile wretched beast, his tastes include torture, dismemberment, and slaughter on a grand scale. He revels in the fact that he is able to instill true fear into his prey before devouring their life force with his demonic prowess. He is still maturing so he is prone to making amateur mistakes in the area where tactics are concerned; he usually leaves the planning up to those with a more vicious mind for such things, though if things do not go his way they are the first that he visits upon with his wrath.

Grukog is quick to rage when trying to prove himself among the Burning Legion, he feels he must secure a foothold to honor those who came before him and those who are weaker then he will fall to his might. He holds no fealty to either Demon or Mortal, he will slaughter any who stand in his path of obtaining an Overlord position within the Legions ranks in the Twisting Nether. When faced with death Grukog as most of his kind do welcomes it with open arms, he values a good death and enjoys the invitation to war. The creature fully embraces his life as a machine of destruction allowed to join the Legion for the sole purpose of conquering all who stand it the Legions path.

History:

Grukog was formed from some of the purest of hatreds within the Twisting Nether long ago. His brutal birthing and growth through combat forged him into the death machine that rages across the Nether currently. After Archimode granted the Annihilan membership into the Burning Legion Grukog still in his youth among his kind was forced to remain behind as one of the few to watch over the Legion Stronghold and his own devices, he grew bitter in his solitude from war and took too random slaughter and destruction among some of the smaller fiends within the universe beyond. Once the Legion was driven back from Azeroth Grukog took the chance to secure a small force behind him in hopes of gaining favor with those of more consequence within the Legion itself. His eyes set firmly on obtaining an Overlord position in order to bring himself great honor so that one day his name may be remembered among the likes of Mannaroth, and Azgalor. Forming new alliances within the Burning Legion including that of a crafty Nethrizem he swore to bring a great victory to his Demon King Azgalor.

With his small force readied behind him he first took his slaughter to Outlands where he encountered a rival faction of Demons that had abandoned the Legion, led by a vile Doomguard these Renegade Demons proved to be worthy foes. The Doomguard also looking to make a name among the demonic hordes began slaughtering Legion forces by the droves. It wasn’t until Grukog heeded the advice of a Nethrizem that he was able to draw the Doomguard and his forces into a final conflict near the great Volcano at the center of Shadowmoon. Grukog let his fury be known among the Legion that day as he tore through the ranks of the rival Doomguard and the coven that appeared to worship him. It was only after killing the traitorous beast that Grukog had discovered the creature had chosen to abandon the Legion for the vile Illidan Stormrage and his Illidari.

With this new information more traitors began to surface, Grukog began to wage what war he could in the name of the Legion but he was not the only one who sought to destroy Illidan’s forces. Both the Alliance and Horde took to the war as they tore their way through the Portal into Outlands. The Pit Lord now fought a three sided war against the Illidari, the Alliance, and the Horde.

The gateway was now open and Grukog sought to vanquish his lesser foes first thus he ripped into Azeroth slaughtering his way through the Blasted Lands. His forces met their match in the Alliance as they neared their outlining borders; he was met by a powerful Magus and a well-trained retinue of ruthless Alliance Paladins. Together the Magus and his Paladins banished Grukog from Azeroth along with his Demonic forces. A great many lives were claimed that day and the field was soaked in the blood of the dead earning the young Pit Lord his title among the mortals, Grukog “The Bloody” they called him as their scribes scratched his name in ink.

Nearly a decade had passed by in the realm of mortals but to Grukog it felt like an eternity within the Stronghold of the Nether. The vicious beast allowed his rage to fester into something more, something unique. Having once more reached out to the Nethrizem for their cunning minds Grukog began to plan and plot his revenge against those who sent him asunder from his rightful victory. With hate in his breast the Pit Lord once again amassed his slaughtering horde of fiends and loosed himself upon the cosmos and Outlands. Though he knew this time the war against his mortal foes would not be one that he could win on sheer brute prowess, not yet anyways. Heeding the council advice of his allies in the Nethrizem Grukog appointed loyal Fel Sworn to serve as his direct link to Azeroth. With a fevered pace they would serve their Master well gathering what he needed to be summoned once more into the plane of the living.

With the forces in Outlands thinning due to the recent combat in Northrend against Arthas the Lich King and the return of Death Wing Grukog saw an opportunity to slip back into the newly shattered world of Azeroth and claim his place among the greatest Legion names to have ever conquered. Having succeeded in gathering his followers he sent his Fel Sworn emissaries from the stronghold in Shadowmoon to Azeroth where they made land fall in Descolace, Deadwind, and Duskwood. From there they have spread like a wild fire among the underworld gathering those loyal to the Legion and the Calling. Leaving behind sigils that whisper to those loyal to the Legion telling them that their great chance to serve is coming and their destiny is finally at hand.

Grukog now makes ready to finish off his rival Brethren who turned their back on the Legion and those who would claim his glory for their own. With his forces rallied and the time of the Cataclysm at hand the Pit Lord surges forth to wage his battle against those unsuspecting. His Fel Sworn summon both him and his forces from the great Nether and together Grukog seeks his vengeance bringing battle to Azeroth once again. The Pit Lord will stop at nothing to see the world bathed in the fires of death and war.
Having a hard time with his History, wanted to move it along good as though I were speaking to y'all but I feel it needs more girth personally so if his History is an issue I agree. Also I'm having a hard time just "making" stuff up for his History as I feel I've little to go on with their society etc. I researched a lot of Barbarian and Viking societies and how they carry themselves within it as I feel the love of bloodshed and war would tie them all together in some way. I've found similarities that I could twist into forming a society for the Annihilan but without over stepping bounds and wading into Custom Lore areas I did the best I could with his History lol.

Sex: Female
Hair: Vibrant red and purple feathers.

Scale/Height: 1.0

Usual Garments/Armor: Rizzka is rarely seen in anything but her green cloak. The condition of said cloak reflects this, as it has become incredibly tattered and dirty over the years. She carries with her many bags and satchels, their contents jingling as she moves.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Personality: Rizzka rides the line between tolerable and abrasive. Most of the time she is able to keep a civil tone and demeanor, especially in the presence of potential friends. On the other hand, she is as shrewd as any merchant and as greedy as any goblin. Combine that with her rather disheveled appearance and a few grotesque habits (especially in her choices of sustenance) it is understandable why some might not enjoy her company.

She is rather practical-minded. Though she still considers herself a devout follower of Anzu, the Raven God, her primary interest is in the acquisition of material goods, namely money and various shiny treasures. Because of her practical nature and apparent intelligence, she is rather open in referring to herself as a learned individual. Indeed, her skills in Arcane magic and Alchemy more than back up her claims of intelligence.

Like most of her kind, she does have something of a "dark streak", brought about by the curse she has inherited from her ancestors, as well as the constant persecution of her people by the Winged arakkoa and the vile Adherents of Rukhmar. In her case, this "dark streak" manifests in an interest in the more volatile and controversial schools of magic (Demonology, Necromancy, etc.), though she will mostly claim this interest as merely an academic one. In addition, she is not one to show much empathy. Injustice and misery are things beneath her notice, unless they affect her directly.

History: Rizzka was hatched in the city of Skettis. From the moment she broke through her shell, she was destined to become a member of the Sage caste. She received a proper education as well as training in the use of Arcane magic and Alchemy. Over time, she became a rather competent sorcerer, and would have undoubtedly risen to prominence within the Sage caste in no time at all. However, while she was fascinated by magic in all of its many forms, she did not find much joy in sitting about and experimenting. She would often hike down to the forests below Skettis, spending days wandering through the trees and collecting various treasures and knick-knacks she happened upon. These trips became more and more frequent as the months passed, and eventually Rizzka decided to simply take an extended trip, perhaps even leaving the borders of Terokkar Forest. Unbeknownst to her, this "extended trip" would last nearly two decades and take her all across Draenor, from one coast to the other. During her travels, she would often trade with some of the friendlier races she encountered, offering elixirs, herbs, and shiny things she'd collected in exchange for food and supplies. Though this proved to be a hard, tiring lifestyle, she considered herself happy, at peace.

Unfortunately, this peace was not to last. As the orcs began their demon-fueled rampage, the relative safety of the roads was shattered. With nowhere else to turn, Rizzka at last decided that it must be time to return home to Skettis. The journey proved long and treacherous, yet she eventually made it to the mountain refuge. The homecoming offered little comfort, however. The draenei were not the only ones to suffer from the orc's bloodlust, and many arakkoa refugees from beyond Skettis had also come to the city, their hearts hardened and vengeful. In addition, many of the Sages had begun speaking of a new power, a new god. One that would destroy the orcs once and for all. Intrigued, Rizzka initially agreed to help the Sages in the pursuit of this deity. However, as she learned more of the power they were meant to summon, a shadow of doubt was cast over her. She had never shirked away from the use of volatile magic, yet abandoning the worship of Anzu and putting their faith in this dark, unknown being. She could not condone it. However, rather than openly oppose the path her people now followed, she decided to simply depart the city, joining others who also refused to witness what ills this evil might inflict upon their people.

Rizzka and her fellow refugees suffered many hardships during the following years. The destruction of Draenor had led to a shortage of resources, even in the lush forests of Terokkar. Even with her years of experience traveling through the wilds of Draenor, this endless flight began to weigh on Rizzka's heart. The only consolation she managed to find was the knowledge that the hated winged arakkoa had apparently been eradicated during the past few years. This, at least, was good news.

In time, the refugees found their way to Shattrath, the former Draenei city. Here they found a safe haven, at last ending their long flight and finding rest. Rizzka managed to fit into the workings of the Lower City rather well, having previous experience with some of the other races who now lived there. She helped run a small Alchemy shop, but before long found her way into what can laughingly be called the city's black market, mediating transactions and selling anything of value she happened upon in the forests outside the walls. Most of the races in the city she got along with rather well, though it took a great deal of time before she was willing to deal with orcs in any way, greenskinned or otherwise. She also began to develop a slight distaste for some of her fellow arakkoa refugees, primarily after the arrival of A'dal. A few of the arakkoa had become priests of the Holy Light after the naaru's arrival, and despite an initial interest in this new form of magic, she was quick to reject it as a potential work of Rukhmar, the sun goddess and favored deity of the now-extinct winged arakkoa, her hated enemies. Whether this was the truth or not, the mere sight of this Holy Light reminded her of the fiendish flying maggots, and so she simply did not enjoy associating with those who wielded it. A rather unfortunate mindset to have in a Draenei city, but one she decided to cling to nonetheless.

The arrival of A'dal was not all bad, however. Some time after the naaru's appearance, the Sin'dorei arrived in Shattrath. These creatures fascinated Rizzka. Their magical knowledge, their flair and eccentricity, and of course the stories they told of their homeworld. Rizzka had heard of Azeroth from many of the humans and dwarves who lived in Shattrath, yet never did it sound as enticing as it did when the blood elves spoke of it. It was around this time that she decided that she must see this unspoiled world with her own eyes. The shattered landscape of Outland was tiring to her, anyway, and she could use a change in scenery, to say the least. So, within the next few years, she began to make preparations, saving every bit of currency she could for the eventual journey. Despite news of undead armies and fiery dragons, Rizzka remained undeterred and at last made the trip, bartering a passage to the Dark Portal and the wondrous world beyond.

Other: A candle sits on top of his head, with a backpack and mining pick slung over his shoulder.

Alignment: Neutral Good

Personality: Muskadean is well-meaning but craven. He often writes checks with his mouth that his behind can't cash, and he knows it. He's quick to disappear when the going gets tough, and to that end he's become very good at finding where the exits are when he arrives in a new location. Like many of his race, however, when backed into a corner his fight or flight kicks into high gear, and he can become ferocious in his attempts to find a way out.

History: Growing up in Elwynn forest, Muskadean was just a child when he witnessed the destruction of Stormwind first-hand. When the smoke cleared, he would often take trips into the empty ruins, either pretending to be one of the Humans that he had or simply stealing any candles he had found for his numerous siblings. When the Humans returned, he would often watch the rebuilding efforts, marvelling at the complex structures.

His life would change when the building completed, as the disgruntled architects of the new city would retreat to the forest and form the Defias brotherhood. The Kobolds would join forces with them, taking over the mines. Muskadean worked hard to dig as much gold as he could, but whenever the mines were invaded, he was nowhere to be seen for its defense. The taskmasters caught on, and to make a point, they exterminated half his siblings, promising to finish the rest along with his mother if he even ran again.

Knowing that his family would die if he failed, he made one of the few brave decisions of his life and decided to sneak them out of Elwynn forest. Under the cover of night, they fled to the north, all the way to the Arathi Highlands. The journey made Muskadean curious about the rest of the world, and with this desire outweighing his cowardice, he left his family in the care of the Drywhisker Clan and went out into the world...or at least to the places where he could best avoid trouble.

Grel’ka is a very powerful Necromancer, first and foremost. Her powers with undead command are very strong, and she is often capable of commanding vast forces of simple undead. This has come from honing her talents for control over many years, combined with the fact that Lichdom has greatly expanded her powers. Her capabilities with other Necromancy spells are strong as well, and she has learned how to rot the flesh from the bones of her foes, and can even kill a foe with a powerful jolt of magic--though this sort of magic is extremely draining to her. However, this extent of power has come at the cost of almost all of her ability with standard Arcana; she has focused so heavily that there is very little left for her to perform within other schools of Arcane.
She tends to take pride in her appearance, and will dress up as much as possible to show herself off. This is done almost ironically, as there really is nothing for her to show off. Besides her robes, she often carries a staff with her. Parts of it are made from Saronite. Crowning the top of it is a ram skull, with blue jewels mounted in the eye sockets.

It is worth noting that, if one ever saw it, her right leg is completely gone, from the hip down. It was sawn off in a painful accident, years ago.

==Personality==

Grel’ka is a rather self-centered woman; such happens to the persona after living for any length of time in a state of functional immortality. She often parades herself as if there were nothing better in this world than she. However, this is not to say that she is unwilling to put forth the effort to assist those around her; on the contrary, she feels as though, as a creature of power, it is her duty to display and use her power for power’s sake. More recently, she has come to care very little about the consequences of her actions. Indeed, she often considers these consequences to be foretold by the Old Gods, and therefore cares very little about their impact on others.

Grel’ka has spent much of her undead life working toward the goals of the Old Gods, whether she knew it or not. As such, for the past few years--the time she came into the full sway of the Old Gods--she has worked tirelessly to bring about their vision for the world. She has dedicated her life to assisting the Twilight’s Hammer cult in whatever ways possible to achieve their end-goals.

Through the years, Grel’ka grew into a very domineering person. She has become extremely aggressive as a person, no longer caring to deal with any individual’s complaints. She has become something of a twisted motherly figure, raising her figurative children--the cultists who rank beneath her--into good little men and women, prepared to die for the Cult. That is not to say that, while she is motherly, she cares about the cultists she works with; quite the opposite, as she would willingly throw them aside for her own selfish reasons, or the will of the Old Gods.

==History==

Grel’ka was born to a Shadowmoon Clan family, the second of a set fraternal twins. Because he showed much talent as a boy, her older brother, Shar’gam, was dedicated to a life of spiritualism and mysticism from a very early age. As such, Grel’ka was often left to her own devices and, while Shar’gam spent much of his time with the village elder Shaman, she spent most of her days out with her father, who was a hunter. Thus, Grel’ka invested her time into learning to hunt and prepare food just like her father did. Her practice and education culminated in her Om’Riggor at the age of 15, which had her track and kill an alpha male boar.

She chose an axe as her weapon for the job, and followed the beast and his pack for several days. She learned their patterns and, eventually, set up a trap. She wounded the boar, tearing up one of its rear legs. The crippled creature was abandoned by its followers in their panic, and was left to limp along and die. She ran it for the next several hours to tire it out and make it collapse. When it fell, she swooped in for the kill. The rest of the story followed typical lines; she completed her Om’Riggor and became a full member of her Clan.

Her life, from then on, consisted of hunting and preparing the meat of the creatures she hunted. She saw her brother grow, however, and became somewhat bitter as her life went on, wishing that she could have been in his place instead. She had always wanted to be more in-control of her own Clan, and craved the honor of serving the Ancestors. This clouded her sight and filled her with a bitter anger as the years went on. It followed such a similar path until she heard the call to battle from Ner’zhul himself against the Draenei.

She willingly went into the slaughter against the Draenei, believing every word she was told. The events that followed were horrible and despicable, but she never saw that truth until much later. She became one with her anger, and finally felt as though she had found a place. The Ancestors, by this point, had abandoned the Orcs. It never truly occurred to Grel’ka the consequences of what had happened. She never understood, until much later, that the Ancestors had left them alone to suffer in their squalor for their deeds against the Draenei.

After several years, the First War began as the Dark Portal first opened. She went to war with the rest of the Orcs, crossing through the Dark Portal to make war against the Humans. It was after she crossed the border that her fate was sealed, and the Old Gods’ influence that would drive her to her ultimate betrayal began. During her early days on the battlefield, she was separated from her squad in battle. She stumbled through the thick marsh of the lands the Orcs waded through, and fell through a crack in the surface. Her world flashed before her eyes, and she awoke at the bottom.

Her right leg was shattered, and she felt nothing in it. She didn’t know if it was because of too much pain, or something far worse. Her weapons had been scattered, broken, and too far from reach. The chamber she was in pulsed with a foreboding light, and she heard a faint echo coming from the attached corridor. To her, it was almost as if someone was speaking to her. She crawled off down that corridor, hoping to discover something. The further she crawled, the harsher the pulsing seemed to become, and the louder the echo became. With each pulse, her leg began to ache again, until it shot through with a stabbing pain unlike any she had ever felt.

The echo became a clear voice, and filled her head with terror. Thoughts of betrayal by her closest friends, and of her own death at the hands of her very own people. She lashed out, as the pain became too much to bear. Her hand, in the low light of the cave, fell upon the handle of an ancient weapon. She grabbed it and swung wildly at her leg, screaming in pain. She dragged herself along, one leg short, and passed out at the cave entrance. She was found and taken off the battlefield to be treated, and taken back to Draenor to recuperate.

It was too late for her at this point, as the voices of the Old Gods had already breached her mind, and she had accepted them in. Images were painted for her of her only path to salvation: the Warlock Gul’dan, and the Shaman, Ner’zhul. One man led to glory, the other to death. She desperately felt that she should reach for the path to glory, but didn’t know who to follow. On a whim, she finally chose to latch on to Gul’dan, and follow his ways.

When attempts to heal the wound failed, she was bandaged and sent back to the Shadowmoon Valley to wallow in her self-pity at her inability to attain the glory she felt so strongly that she needed. She knew she could not follow the path to her death, and so she chose to join Gul’dan’s school of Necromancy. With no prowess left in battle, she saw that her only path forward was to work with the more esoteric powers in an attempt to establish herself her path to ultimate glory.

Over the years, Grel’ka’s powers with Necromancy grew. She eventually left the school and joined the Shadow Council proper. She and her fellow Necrolytes began to use their powers to support the thinning ranks of the Orc armies, backing them with both extreme Necromantic might, and a burgeoning army of walking corpses to fill in the holes in the ranks. This strategy worked for some time, and eventually the tides of war turned, winning the fight for the Horde.

In the end, the Orcs set up a territorial holding consisting of the southern half of the continent through the Dark Portal. At this time, the Orc Doomhammer threw his coup against the Shadow Council, utterly destroying it and scattering it. He overthrew Blackhand and became the new Warchief. The doom of the Shadow Council and Gul’dan’s subjugation left Grel’ka shocked and without anyone to assist her any longer. She came to wonder if this was her damnation, and hoped that it was not too late for her to seek the proper path. Instead of following in the footsteps of the Shadow Council like some of the other surviving members of the Council, she fled to the safety of her clan, and became a follower of Ner’zhul.

By the end of the Second War--beginning when Doomhammer defeated Blackhand and took over the Horde--the Dark Portal had been destroyed, severing Draenor from Azeroth. Ner’zhul, being prodded by his followers, chose to eventually hunt down several artifacts of great power. When, some time later, he gathered the artifacts, he chose to tear open portals in order to try to find new places for the Orcs to conquer. Grel’ka followed him to the end, and into the portal he spawned. As she entered, everything turned white.

When she came to on the other side of the portal, she found herself in a snow-covered landscape. Such things were unheard-of in her land; snow never fell in the Shadowmoon Valley. She looked down at herself and noticed an unusual grey-ish tinge to her flesh. Her lungs had no need to fill with the frigid air any longer. She felt no hunger, and little pain from the bitter cold, despite not wearing winter clothing. She quickly came to the conclusion that she, herself, was no longer alive.

In this frozen place, the whispers in her head only grew stronger. This time, one of the voices in her head was declaring itself to be the Lich King, while the others still told of her glory at the end of the righteous path. She came to trust that the voices worked in tandem; she followed the instructions of the Lich King carefully, working to spread chaos and undeath across the frozen north. She did this because she felt that doing so would lead her down the path to the righteous glory she had been promised for so many years at this point.

When the first Liches arrived into the service of the Lich King, Grel’ka dedicated herself to the service of one of them, believing it to be the only way to obtain the Lich King’s true attention. In this Lich’s service she worked throughout the War of the Spider, aiding in the eventual destruction of the species. As the corpses of the Nerubians were risen into undeath, she too was raised to a new position within the Scourge hierarchy: she was ascended to Lichdom. The process was extremely painful for the woman, but her undead corpse rotted away at its conclusion, leaving a pile of bones held together by raw Arcane. Her soul was sealed away inside a jeweled pendant, and she hid it very carefully, never to be discovered.

With Northrend conquered and the Nerubian Empire crushed, the Lich King’s influence spread wide and far, turning almost every sentient creature on the wide continent into undead for his army. The Third War began, and the Lich King’s plans were set into motion. Overall, his plans for conquering Lordaeron were successful, but he suffered much throughout the course of it. Namely, Illidan’s assault on Icecrown greatly weakened the Lich King’s influence over some of his forces. During the Forsaken revolt that followed, Grel’ka felt his influence wane. She broke free from his will and felt the full impact of the voices of the Old Gods upon her. As such, she took her phylactery and followed the commands in her head, heading out of Northrend and south.

She went to the old continent of Kalimdor and met up with the Twilight’s Hammer cult in the south of the land. During this time, she worked with the cult to free C’thun from his prison. When this plot inevitably failed, she returned to Northrend to bolster the forces attempting to conquer Ulduar and free Yogg-Saron. Eventually, as the rise of Deathwing began and the Shattering occurred, she rejoiced in the coming demise of the world. She was transferred to Hyjal, working her way around the territory. Her powers were instrumental to the early successes of the Twilights, and there she still remains today. At Hyjal, Grel'ka has earned a position of leadership among the Twilights, performing important deeds in regard to heading the assault against Nordrassil.

History:
When Ironpaw was born, he was lucky enough to be part of the Stillpine Tribe on Azuremyst Isle. Set away from the possible corruption of the Furbolgs made life easier for the Stillpines but life was still no walk in the park. As he grew up Ironpaw took initiative to learn all parts of the male Furbolgs place in their tribe, hunting, defensive and aggressive warfare, manufacturing of weapons, and nearly all religious operations were part of his every day life.

Being a Furbolg, Ironpaw revered Ursoc and Ursol just as much as he did nature and the spirits. Showing his devotion to the Bear Twins he took to the path of an Ursa Totemic. Beginning his training with the shamans of his tribe he focused on the bond he could have with nature itself before working on his ferocious combat and strength. Before this, like most members of a Furbolg tribe, he learned basic combat skills to better hold their survival but he began to tap into a state of unbridled rage, ripping and tearing his hunted prey to mere shreds simply because he knew that he could and it was fun for him.

Five years ago, Ironpaw believed there could be more to do than what was at hand in his life. Luckily for him he would get to be involved in the lives of a strange and alien race. When the Exodar landed on Azuremyst Isle, not far from Stillpine Hold, Ironpaw was quick to be on the case. Being an adventurous Furbolg he sought out to meet this new species that would share his kinds lands, more curious to find out if they were to be friends or foe.

At first the Draenei seemed harmless and terrified of the new world, at least it seemed this way to Ironpaw. He struggled to connect with these new faces as there wasn't a simple language barrier but a planetary barrier. Both Ironpaw and the Draenei were more confused by the other than threatened and it wasn't until the Draenei started using the Furbolgs crafted totems to get an idea of their language. After many trials and errors they were able to effectively communicate with one another and the Furbolgs were introduced to this wonderful race, some even brought onto their crashed ship.

The sight of an alien space craft was nothing short of a stellar experience for a Furbolg, Ironpaw jumped at the chance to learn more about these new faces, which would bring about his interactions with the Kaldorei. Sharing a wonderful connection with nature that the Kaldorei themselves shared, Ironpaw found many similarities between their kinds, so much that he considers them all part of his own tribe even if the others don't. This lead to his joining of the Alliance as he's grown a connection with two races of the Alliance, in his head he believes all members of the Alliance are just as amazing people.

Over the course of the past five years, Ironpaw stayed on Azuremyst Isle and helped the Draenei with anything he could but it still wasn't enough. This is when he decided that he would venture the world in hopes to aid the very people that he cares for so deeply, even though he might not have even met them yet.

However when it comes to battle, she gives all that she has like any other Vrykul.

History:
“You want to know how I joined with the Tauren? The story begins and ends with my firstborn son. Our King ordered the death of all the weak and ugly children. Of course I obeyed, for he was our king and I valued my own life. I hated him for it. So it was no surprise to me when he began worshipping the Death God, he was consumed by it. I tended to the proto-drake hatchlings and still the cry of my son rings in my ear to this day. I left. Nelarth, a red proto-drake, carried me as far north as we could go. We crashed some place in the Storm Peaks and took refuge in a cave. He was a worthy companion and did not deserve to stay with an exile. I regretted it, but it was probably for the best. I didn't know what life outside home would bring.”

”We recovered and I began to hunt for food. Instead I found a ruin and began to investigate the markings on the pillars. A voice called out in an unfamiliar language. It was one of them, the Tauren. I didn’t know what he was saying, but he lobbed out some dried meat. Enough for a snack, but I was grateful. He came again the next day while I was gutting a rhino. He kept his distance and watched patiently. I tossed him a slab of meat to pay him back, and then some. He accepted it but idled still. I took what I could carry and left the carcass. The next day there was hardly any scraps left. I paid it no mind and continued to scratch out a home in our little cave.”

”A week later the Tauren returned and approached my cave. He held out in his arms a gray cloak made out of the rhino hide. I was cold so I moved to accept it. I placed it around my shoulders and we exchanged names. Onnakau led me to his village of Camp Tunka’lo. There were many Taunka there and I was nervous. But there were two other Tauren who welcomed me. They fed me and tried to communicate with me. I left that night with one of their emblems.”

”We visited each other regularly over the course of a year and picked up each others’ languages. Broken yes, but useable for trade and stories. One night Onnakau and I were attacked by an Ice Giant and its Frostworg. We found our magics were similar and sufficient enough to drive off the Giant. That seemed to be a big turning point for our relationship as he began talking about a trip across the sea. He promised many more like him who would want to meet me. Running away from the King was only a temporary solution at best. I needed to go as far away as possible, and this was my chance.”

”We traveled for days until we arrived at their harbor. I still remember the look on their faces when I climbed on their boat. I knew they were a look I should get used to. I’m still not sure how Onnakau worked that out but I he was at my side as I watched Northrend disappear into the fog. He spoke of a war in his homeland and asked for my help. He explained if I wanted a home there, I would have to fight for it. Fighting between tribes is nothing new so I accepted. I think he was surprised, but did not say so. I did not stray from my friend’s side until he had peace in his lands once more.”

”I’ve met so many races in these travels and so many threats to their existence. Yet they survive. They honor life and protect it with a zeal that my own people have lost ages ago. So I will stay and learn, protect and watch, live and thrive.”

She believes them to be a lost cause as they’ve thrown themselves into a death frenzy. She remains jaded at her King and the guilt she carries has never truly healed. On the front she puts out a gentle-giant persona and genuinely expects people to give her a chance. Brynja has a thing for animals and tends to be quiet when working with them.

Zashar hatched to the Spitelash tribe, versed in the mess of war as part of his tribe from a very young age. He was eager to fight his kind's cause and fight he did earning prestige on his hunts and battles that he partakes in. For what seemed to be most of his youth he found that the skies were the limit to his prestigious tribe, lead by a warlord no less!

As he aged, he found himself becoming more aware of the outside world. External threats to the tribe's names changed from 'Prey' to 'Kaldorei' and 'Orc', he learned that there was more to his kind - even mingling with other tribes on very brief occasions. He learned of his kinds leader, her past and her motivations for the warlike nature of not only his tribe, but his entire race. He figured something out very quickly when he started to put pieces together and came to a conclusion of his own about the Naga - He was just a tool for another's vengeance. Without saying a word of his intentions, Zashar left the tribe behind and drifted out into the seas, planning to see the world and pave out a path and fate of his own.

For the next few years he ventured across the seas, only heading to land only in more desperate situations. In those fleeting moments, he eventually began painting a picture of the world above, adding names to races he had considered prior to just be 'hostile threats'. Eventually, he began to find himself venturing onto land out of curiosity instead, peeking his head into the occasional goblin town (Only to be shoo'd away, usually).
==Information==
{{tocright}}
'''Player:''' [[User:imagenashyun|ImagenAshyun]]

'''Character Full Name:''' Keeper Buhayos

'''Character In-Game Name:''' Buyahos

'''Nickname(s):''' Buhay

'''Association(s):''' Sons of Cenarius; The Cenarion Circle, Guardians of Hyjal

'''Race:''' Keeper of the Grove

'''Class:''' Druid

'''Age:''' 10,027

'''Sex:''' Male

'''Hair:''' Leafy green vines and leaves that flow as a thick mane to his back.

'''Eyes:''' Amber

'''Scale:''' 1.1

==Appearance==

Buhayos looks like most other Keepers of the Grove in that he has the upper torso of a kaldorei and the lower of a stag. However, he has a generally softer, almost androgynous appearance. He is also longer than he is wide, with his sambar-like antlers possessing only a few branches. Leaves grow all over his fetlocks as well as his back.

'''Other:''' His name is pronounced "boo-HYE-os".

==Personality==

Buhayos is a contemplative and cautious individual, often slow in his decision making as he tends to overthink his options. This is due to his role as a protector of nature: he is fully aware of the consequences his actions may have on life around him. He considers himself a friend and ally to all living beings, his heart filled with kindness and altruism to the helpless and hurting. While he possesses little to no tolerance for those who wantonly destroy life, he is avoidant of resorting to violence except when absolutely necessary--and even then he tends not to enact such violence directly, usually resorting to having others (such as dryads and treants) do the fighting for him. Buhayos has, otherwise, never personally spilt any blood.

Buhayos also holds himself to an extremely high standard, though not (necessarily) due to vanity and pride; as a Son of Cenarius, he places himself as an example for mortal beings to follow, especially towards those who pursue the balance of nature. Unfortunately, Buhayos is as flawed an individual as any other--he has a tendency to oversee immediate needs in order to focus on the big picture, and at times his single-mindedness to that big picture would result in him being rather ironically imprudent and shortsighted. Due to this, he has a tendency to be a selective perfectionist--he ''has'' to be perfect, or at least strive to be, in order to be an efficient Keeper fo the Grove. For this reason, he often comes across as repressed, restrained, and overly serious.

When Deathwing returned to scorch Azeroth in flame, Buhayos decided to take a bigger initiatve in healing the seared land than just staying in the woods. As such, Buhayos is now directly involving himself with the affairs of the people of Azeroth (and beyond) as he attempts to break his past habits by taking more risks in order to reach his goals.

==History==

Buhayos was barely a buck when the War of the Ancients took place; at the time, he was still learning his place among other Sons of Cenarius. However, the call to battle was made as the Burning Legion arrived; with little choice, Buhayos joined his brothers and sisters to aid the Night Elves in defending Azeroth. However, the defenses against the Legion were dwindling, and as Buhayos struggled to defend the forests while the armies pushed forward, he would witness the betrayal of the Earth Warder and survived his rage by the skin of his teeth. Gravely wounded, Buhayos withdrew from the battles at the War raged on. The Keeper had hardly recovered when he felt the earth shake beneath his hooves--the land had split, and the world was broken by the collapse of the Well of Eternity.

By the time the world shattered, Buhayos kept a low profile and remained among his siblings while the dragons and night elves attempted to fix what they could. Fear overcame his soul as the years would pass, though the responsibility in tending to nature prevented him from becoming completely shut in. Buhayos then either meditated and walked within the Emerald Dream or travelled within the shadows of the waking woods, tending to any sort of minor imbalance of life he may come across; should danger come his way, especially regarding wars that continued to rage on, he would rush immediately to dryads and other Keepers rather than fight to save his own hide. Buhayos never made any real efforts in learning how to defend himself beyond calling upon the aid of dryads and treants to take down his pursuers.

Buhayos remained mostly out of sight from other beings besides his own folk until the Third War, when the Legion returned once more to destroy Azeroth. As the night elves defended Ashenvale, Buhayos once again remained in the sidelines to heal what segments of the forest was razed. By the time the forces of nature was summoned to defeat Archimonde, Buhayos was recovering from exhaustion in Moonglade as the World Tree fell.

By this point, the Keeper's spirit has been drained from the war. Buhayos settled in Moonglade for a time, primarily to guide young druids as well as to discuss matters with his fellow folk. Not long after the fall of the Lich King, however, Buhayos would find himself trapped in his own nightmares: the returning fires of Neltharion's rage and the Legion's malice scarred his soul and locked him into a slumber he could not escape. By the time the War against the Nightmare ended, Buhayos realized that he had let himself succumb to a very personal failure: a Son of Cenarius, locked in his own fears when he should have the spiritual strength to fight it off. After much contemplation spent in isolation far from all civilization, Buhayos came to a realization that he was letting his own personal weaknesses dictate his every move despite his many years and experiences. Even with the millennia passed, he still had the mindset of the young buck who cried in terror when the earth split beneath his hooves. He decided, right then and there, that if he was to be an efficient protector of nature and healer of the broken world, then he would have to mend his own broken spirit.

Buhayos couldn't put his goal into action yet--Neltharion, known as Deathwing to most of Azeroth--has returned. Fires scorched the planet once more, and the skies turned red with his rage. Buhayos was in Moonglade at the time when news arrived of the Black Dragon's return. Instead of running and hiding like he did before, the Keeper's first move was to rush over to Darkshore to examine the damage; his heart sank further and further as he would travel along the coast and see the world shattered once again. There was only so much healing only one Keeper of the Grove could do... or an army of them. Deciding that simply hiding and healing will not get much of any job done, Buhayos vowed to assist the survivors of Azeroth in healing the world while facing the one responsible for the cataclysm once and for all.

Perhaps, then, Buhayos would find the spiritual strength and enlightenment needed for him to fully realize his role in healing and protecting this broken world.

==Skills and Abilities==

Despite his large size, Buhayos is a frail being--a few strikes can debilitate him fairly easily. Most of Buhayos' skills lie in healing; for this reason, combat is never really an option for him. At the first sight of danger, he will, instead, grow entangling roots that can entrap his pursuers while he flees. If violence is inescapable, he will transform nearby trees to become treants who will fight for his behalf.

As mentioned previously, Buhayos' skills lie in healing. The potency of his magic is highly effecient, as he is capable of healing many people, plants, and animals all at once quickly and within a certain radius.
==Appearance==

==Personality==

I will admit, this character will kind of be a gimmick. There's not any long story-line that I have planned to be based around him, although I am hoping that his existence will attract more people to Forsaken RP.

As well as this, the Forsaken is something I've always been interested in, but never really been able to make due to my hate of their model. The bones are bad enough, but I find it hard to believe that a few years in a grave would make everyone hunched over. So, this is an attempt of my own, on top of kindling Forsaken RP, to be involved in Forsaken RP.
Character Full Name: Ydir of the Icy Storm

Character In-Game Name: Ydir

Nickname(s):

Association(s): Himself, Forsaken, Ebon Blade (In order of importance)

Race: Frost Vrykul

Class: Death Knight

Skills and Abilities: Rune Tap; this ability is instead replaced with a frost-like healing. He can fill his wounds with runic frost. Since he is dead, this is a proper way to heal himself.

Army of the Dead; This skill is replaced with a blizzard-like ability. He takes the runic ice from his body, breaks it into shards and has it fly quickly around his body for a few seconds.

His fighting style depends on slow, hard attacks. His natural strength as a Vrykul, compounded with the strength he trained himself towards, and his strength as a Death Knight, makes him very strong indeed. This leaves him little room for defense, forcing him to depend on the integrity of his armor for defense.

Age: <Unknown>. Best guess would be around 15,000 years of age.*

Sex: Male.

Hair: White braided beard with no head hair.

Eyes: Blue mist

Scale/Height: .75

Usual Garments/Armor: Ydir wears quilted cloth for the majority of his clothing, with a leather kilt alongside furry boots and furry gloves. He has a metal girdle and metal helmet on, the helmet with two wicked horns curving away. His armor's almost always seemingly frozen. Under this is Saronite chainmail.

Other: Covered in a thin layer of frost, which is under another, thicker, layer of frost. He uses this second layer to protect places that don't have metal on the outside, AKA everywhere other than his abdomen and head.

Personality: Ydir is a brutal man, as is expected of a vrykul. He's especially blunt, with little care for the intrigue or disguised words that many other dead seem so fond of. However, that does not mean that he is stupid. No, Ydir is well aware of how to take care of his own skin, and would not have survived in a post-Lich King world if he weren't able to. Under all the brawn lies a keen mind, one ultimately dedicated to the Death Knight's survival above all other costs.

History: <Unknown, up until the beginning of Wrath of the Lich King>**.

Ydir had always lived within the greater Jotunheim area. Upon the Vrykul accepting the Lich King as their Death God, he was woken alongside many other Vrykul. And, like many other Vrykul hoping to prove themselves to this new God, he took part in the tournaments at Valhalas. He went through a gauntlet of challenges, many against other hopefuls while a few against what the Scourge would offer. He won all but one through a mixture of strength, cunning and, most importantly, luck. Up until he finally met his end at the hands of an abomination.

This, however, was not the end for Ydir. He was deemed worthy by the Val'kyr, having the best record in that day's competition. The losers became Vargul. However, Ydir was taken away by the Val'kyr and raised as a Ymirjar Death Knight. As the armies of Acherus formed and fought in the south, Ydir trained for the glory of the Lich King. And when Acherus defected, Ydir was sent to the growing Malykriss, in order to further work on his abilities.

When the Argents took bits of Icecrown Glacier, Ydir was in Malykriss, helping to assure that the next round of Death Knights would be better than those of Acherus. However, when the Death Knights stationed in Shadow Vault began to threaten Jotunheim, Ydir was sent back to his hometown. There, he fought against the other Death Knights. In one skirmish, he was taken hostage after a Dwarf knocked him to the ground and smashed him over the head. Without further adue, the Vrykul was taken to the Shadow Vault.

The Lich King did not care to bring him back. He was expendable. However, he had a good deal of information about Malykriss, and this information, when bartered properly, was enough to keep him alive up until the Lich King's death. Initially, Ydir did not believe them that the God of Death himself had died. However, eventually, he knew it to be true. With no other prospects in sight, Ydir offered to sign on with the Ebon Blade.

Of course, such a thing did not come easy. He had willingly signed on with the Lich King, and would not be able to find solace in the Horde or Alliance like the other Death Knights. So, Ydir compromised, and was sent on a mission to prove his loyalty to the Ebon Blade. The mission was a clean-up of a group of Vrykul that had refused to give in. The Vrykul had been especially good at causing the Ebon Blade a headache, and that's where Ydir came in. So, under threat of death, Ydir lured the Vrykuls into an ambush using his existance as one of them, and then helped in their deaths.

This was enough for the Ebon Blade. The Vrykul was allowed into the Ebon Blade, and taught how to summon a Death Gate to Acherus. It was shortly after he arrived that the world was subject to the Shattering. In the Ebon Hold, he heard many of the Death Knights talking about a Sylvanas, and how many of the dead had found open arms in her army. Ydir did some more research through talking and listening and found himself curious. So, with the help of a Horde Death Knight, he approached the Forsaken.

They'd already taken in the Val'kyr, although that had been more of a personalized thing. Much to Ydir's joy, the Forsaken accepted the Vrykul with open arms. And luckily for them, Ydir didn't care about the heinous experiments done to the other Vrykul by the Apothecary Society in the Howling Fjords. With Ydir's allegiances set straight, the Vrykul began his new life, out of his comfort zone for the first time he could remember.

--
*This is based upon the fact that King Ymiron existed 15,000 years ago, as shown by the Anguish of Nifflevar quest.
**We don't really know what Vrykul were like before the Wrath of the Lich King. So, I'm just going to skip to that time.
Character In-Game Name: Ydir

Nickname(s):

Duration: Persistent

Purpose: Generate Outland RP. Create conflict for heroic characters in need of an enemy. I would like to use him with a storyline I've been planning for a while to use post Cataclysm, though it can be used in WotLK.

Location: Outlands or Ghostlands

Scale: 0.85 (I believe this is the proper scale. I may need to have it tweaked)

Special Equipment: None required.

Level: 80 (85 for Cataclysm)

Player: SachikoMaeda

Character Full Name: Lovar'thil Dire'belore

Character In-Game Name: Lovarthil

Nickname(s): Doctor

Association(s): Silvermoon (Former), Horde (Former)

Race: Felblood Elf

Class: Warlock

Skills and Abilities: Time to Hide. Lovar can hide his mutations with a simple illusion that effects only him. This allows him to travel to smaller towns away from mages to get supplies or perhaps lure potential victims or aspiring warlocks out of towns.

Warlock Mastery. His knowledge of the demonic arts is quite extensive. He has no one specific area of specialization and chooses to study all branches equally.

Corrupted. Physical and mental corruption plague him. He has torn himself from the Legion and all previous alliances to further his own goals of grandeur. In his mind, he is king of the lands and will do anything to prove it. He is aware of his mutated appearance and generally keeps to himself, dragging few down to his level. A warlock with enough skill may be able to subdue him.

Stars Be My Witness. Lovar'thil has an affinity with astronomy and all there is about the stars. He is an avid believer in being able to tell the future and grand events by patterns in the night skies of either Azeroth or the Outlands. He believes his defenses are greater at night under a starry sky.

Dr. Feelgood. He is a fully licensed physician and pharmacist. his knowledge in alchemy allows him to synthesize his own medications as needed. He keeps a trunk around that contains all of his supplies. He has a deep-rooted belief, possibly a delusion, that demonic blood is a fix-all cure and usually adds it into all of his potions.

Age: 681

Sex: Male

Hair: Long and black, usually tied back in a very loose ponytail.

Eyes: Bright fel green

Weight: 176lbs

Height: 6'10"

Usual Garments/Armor: His clothing will always cover every inch of skin from the neck down. A hood usually hides his head. The color palette of his outfits is usually limited to black, red, and gold. His clothes appear to have the quality worn by nobles and reflect his life prior to his ventures in the Outlands.

Other: His continued fel use has reddened his skin along with other mutations. A pair of horns have grown on his forehead and on his back a pair of nonfunctional wing-like appendages. Hidden under his clothes is a long series of runic tattoos that cover almost his entire body. His teeth are unnaturally sharp and his nails have turned more to hardened talons.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Personality: By all means insane, Lovar'thil is far from the stable man he once was. He tends to speak on and on in riddles to himself as if trying to sort out some mass equation he is unable to solve. In the rare times he is presented with others, he tries his best to emulate some form of sanity. Quirky and hardly predictable, his spontaneous mood swings make him incredibly dangerous to be around. He is a recluse now and spends his time hidden away in caves, deep in the tainted Ghostlands, or far in the fields of Shadowmoon.

Throughout his insanity, his genius seems to have remain in tact. He expresses constantly that there is a method to his madness and he is far from a babbling idiot. Few and far between he has moments where his old, calm and cool self shows. He becomes a level-headed man who's rather sharp in discussion. If kept in such a state, he can prove to be a rather productive man.

History:

Born to a once noble household, Lovar'thil's childhood was exceedingly easy. He was given all he needed and wanted rather swiftly. Far from spoiled, he always felt the need to give back to those around him. He went through school with high grades and great credentials, in time moving on to learn more in the medical field. He took great care and time with his studies, writing a number of books worth of notes to keep everything in order.

He worked a small charity practice within the city, seeing those in poverty for little to no charge. In his off time, he would look more into astronomy. He enjoyed his hobby greatly and would occasionally teach small classes on both medicine and astronomy. His life remained quiet, rarely making his way into family politics when large amounts of money were to be thrown around. He never had much care with such matters until his parents' passing due to old age. Being an only child, he was left with all inheritance. All the fortune they had, the land, and assets. Even with all these resources at his hands, he was far from a good businessman or politician.

A series of bad investments took away the majority of his wealth and his poor politics thrust him out of the noble scene. After his mishaps, he left his investing to an old friend of his and took back to his practice. He focused on running his clinic and left family business elsewhere. When the Second War came, he left home to be a combat medic. His minor knowledge of the arcane proved to be useful in defending other medics working with him. His service lasted the duration of the war though his location was constantly changing. He enjoyed traveling while practicing his trade, even if the circumstances were not the best.

He returned home to more money troubles. His inheritance was almost completely gone and he was left with no choice but to sell his old family home as well as what assets they had remaining, sealing his fate of being a commoner. He ignored his problems and continued his work, trusting his friend to resolve any issues. His trust was well placed and he did see a return of profits to his home. Just as prosperity returned, the Scourge invasion came. Within the chaos, his clinic was lost and his friend was killed. He barely managed to survive, taking shelter under rubble as he comforted himself.

Recovering from the disaster was not easy on him. He could not simply ignore it as he had prior. With the withdrawals nagging him down constantly, he began following the words of Kael'thas closely. In time, he joined forces that were destined to the Outlands. His exposure to fel was one he welcomed rather quickly and started an addiction that he would keep with him for years to come. During his time in the Outlands, he took to studying demonic arts. It didn't take long for him to become a rather successful warlock. More of his time spent there was devoted to studies than actual combat situations.

He continued with Kael'thas and his forces until he saw those around him becoming mutated. Before partaking in such an activity, he quickly broke away from the armies and went into hiding in Hellfire Peninsula. He didn't emerge from his hiding for months, slowly making his return to Silvermoon. He learned of the fate of Kael'thas and those with him, taking it as a sign to continue his research with fel and its effects on the body. He took his previous research books and notes from his home along with his tools for alchemy, packed them in a trunk, and took to the roads.

He learned that the mutations were inevitable after a certain point, but he believed the benefit outweighed the bad. He continued on his research, his test subjects always low in number and resorting to experimentation on himself. He took in higher amounts of fel than what many considered to be safe in the name of progress, trying various bloods from his own demons to see the effects. He kept detailed records of each use and what results it yielded. Months into his studies, he began recording mutations present in himself. First his skin had hardened, flaked, and reddened in color. Second his was plagued with muscle aches as deformities began to present himself. It wasn't much longer until horns protruded from his forehead and wing-like appendages sprouted from his back.

His traveling slowed greatly as he took careful note of his mutations. He holed himself away in various small locations to keep his research hidden. He currently shows himself only rarely to try and lure in new test subjects or to further his own delusions of power.
