So....let's say, hypothetically speaking, I had a certain character (who may or may not have been the first Runemaster EVER), that I wanted to play again sometime in the distant, far-off future.
Would I have to re-submit his profile as a special one? Or put it up for review in PD? Or could I just hop back on randomly and freak everyone out for a couple days until I eventually left the server again 'cause I haven't really resolved my issues here on the server and also life is kind of a mess?
(also I studied a lot of Runemaster stuff so if anyone wants my opinion on them I could give it)
The change are not retroactive, Krent, unless you resubmit it or the server has a restart [soft or hard]. Otherwise the characters that were already approved remain untouched.
Rune of Tickling - These small feather like runes are placed on the hands and fingers, allowing you to tickle anything. Even golems, undead and spirits. Even if the target is not normally ticklish, these runes bypass such immunity.
Rune of Fabulous Hair - This rune is normally on the neck, behind the ears, or in some cases on the scalp its self. The rune makes it so your hair grows back to the perfect suave cut it should be at all times, makes your hair remain sexy despite wind, water, combat or other such hindrances to most people's good looks.
Rune of Sleeping Gas - This rune is always near the rump, around it, on it; whatever. The runemaster may expel a cloud of sleeping gas from his posterior on command. Best used with direct face contact.

We talked about them briefly when we came together to discuss the Runemasters. We were throwing thoughts around idly such as having them use fire spells as well as ice and so on. (I believe the point made was that they already -can- use fire, but no one plays it out like that).
Thoughts still need to be composed wholly, and as I said it won't be big like this.
Perhaps it is your imperfection that which grants you free will, that allows you to persevere against cosmically calculated odds. You prevailed where the Titans' own perfect creations have failed.
