Reigen - A large cat of some sort. No big surprise there.
Alteriya - A bat or spider of some sort. Something to eat the things she kills. Maybe a vulture.
Emra - Worg, maybe the lightning Worg as a spiritual guide.
Cheyanne - Something lady-like, like a moth or bird.

Rest of them I don't play enough to care about, or are already hunters!

Annabelle - ...No clue. Either a talbuk from Don Bronco's ranch, or some mechanical construct.
Orvisha - She was a hunter! And she had a boar. His name was Atsuko.
Nuadon - A bird of some kind? Does her ice elemental count?
Roux - A red fox.
Ithildess - A dragonhawk. Sin'dorei pride.
