Concerning Ratchet

There have been several discussions about whether alliance are allowed in Ratchet IC or not, most leading to really no solution as it is unclear who is right.

So I ask, are the Alliance allowed in Ratchet?

Yes, but from what I understand they're watched like hawks by the Warsong guards, and won't find much of a friendly atmosphere in the city these days.
