Well, I do have the RPG source books, but regarding information about Death Knights, I guess it's a matter of going through quests on WoWHead, looking through the Death Knight page on WoWWiki, as well as pages about named Death Knights.
And the fact I have the Death Knight manga also gives me some extra information - but that's about the second-generation Death Knights. ^.^
