You want criticism? Here goes.

Lighten up a little. We all make mistakes when we're just learning, and it's nothing to be afraid of--if you're not screwing up, you're not learning. And when you're not sure on something, ask. Things are really easy to blow out of proportion when you're in the middle of them, but you can always look back on them and laugh later--so just try and laugh a little earlier. Don't let the small things get to you.

Aside from that, honestly, you're doing well both OOC and IC. I can't speak as much for the IC portion but it's not as though you haven't been doing great things with the Echoes. It proves what players can do when they assert themselves right and don't back down in the face of trouble. Just don't be afraid to get out and get involved in case you mess up now that you're a GM. We all have, we all will again, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. You do great things by making mistakes, and often times they turn out far better than if everything had gone according to plan.
