Here is an idea I had the other day, while fruitlessly looking on the Vendors.
Now, I know Vendors are down and such, but here's my idea.
Tabard Salesmen. Much like the belt vendors and such. I was thinking of this because I've had a few characters that would wear more than one type of tabard, and also, some of the tabards that the characters would wear need things other than money to get them.
Anyhow, shot in the dark. *Shrugs*
