That would be a great idea *looks up at Kretol with huge puppy dog eyes* PLeeeeeeease
The idea is not to get stuck on being low level. You should be spending time RPing and getting your vouches so that you may be leveled up and have more open access to what is offered.

If your profile has been approved and you have received your three vouches then all you need to do is ask a GM to level you.

If your profile has not been approved, consider revisions. If you have not received three vouches then you may need to spend more time RPing. However, if several weeks go by without getting vouched, ask yourself what you might need to change.

The low levels are considered a 'trial' period of sorts. It allows the new players to introduce their roleplay style to the server or allows current players to test out a new character concept without committing to it fully.
As you've noticed by now, one of the NPCs at Drudaen Tavern is a hat vendor.

If you notice hats are missing (that is, 'appearances' of existing hats), feel free to let me know.

You know Fawee that brings up a good point Ariusx & myself have discussed. The 7 days, if you're focussing on one character, is nothing short of brutal. RP is great and all but it's not always available when you are, you know? I'd say a voucher needs to have more meaning to it, if you get 3 vouchers, maybe you wait the 7 days. But if you get 5, you're in. Something like that, I guess.

Voucher-
1. A piece of substantiating evidence; a proof.
2. A written record of expenditure, disbursement, or completed transaction.
3. A written authorization or certificate, especially one exchangeable for cash or representing a credit against future expenditures.

It's based off of trust, so you shouldn't just throw your good name onto a voucher until you've gotten a chance to see how that person behaves in-game. But I know for myself and Ariusx, our first 3-4 days were amazing, but then were started itching to travel more, and we were biting our nails for 70 so we didn't have to fear exploration.

From a new player's point of view I think it's atleast a little much, but I know you guys had problems in the past with players just wanting 70 & good items, so I suppose my opinion on the matter is minuscule.

I know this doesn't belong here, but I'll start it here I suppose, if anyone wishes to read it.
