This will list the spells that most healers would know in order to return someone to life. Not to say that it can't be done, but it does require a lot of work and certain requirements to be met.

There are four spells currently used for resurrection. They are: Resurrection, True Resurrection, Second Soul, and Touch of Life.

Resurrection- Resurrection is the basic revive spell. It requires at least a part of the creature's body, and the body can be in any state (corroded, decayed, or just dead.) It must also have been a piece of the creature's body at the time of death.

You can resurrect someone killed by a death effect or someone who has been turned into an undead creature and then destroyed. You cannot resurrect someone who has died of old age. Constructs, elementals, outsiders and undead creatures can't be resurrected. Forsaken creatures are an exception; they may be returned to their semblance of life with this spell.

This spell also requires a sprinkle of holy water, and diamonds worth a total of at least 10,000g.

True Resurrection: True Resurrection functions like Resurrection. This spell can bring back creatures whose bodies have been destroyed, provided that you unambiguously identify the deceased in some fashion (reciting the deceased's time and place of birth or death is the most common fashion.)

This spell can also resurrect elementals or outsiders, but cannot resurrect constructs or undead creatures.

Even True Resurrection cannot restore the life of someone that has died of old age.

This spell also requires a sprinkle of holy water, and diamonds worth a total of at least 25,000g.

Second Soul: This spell creates a second link to bind the subject's soul to the world and restore him to life should he die. If the subject dies, he returns to life about ten minutes later in the same spot. The subject's soul must also be free and willing to return. If the subject's soul is not willing to return, the spell does not work. Also, the condition of the remains is not a factor.

Second Soul cannot raise a creature that has been turned into an undead or killed by a death effect.

This spell requires a sprinkle of holy water and diamonds worth a total of at least 20,000g.

Touch of Life: This is a somewhat unique spell. You can raise and temporarily restore life to a creature who has been dead for up to two hours. If the subject's soul is not willing to return, the spell does not work.

Upon completion of the spell, the creature is immediately restored to full health. While the spell does close mortal wounds and repairs lethal damage of most kinds, the body of the creature to be raised must be whole. Otherwise, missing parts are still missing when the creature is returned to life.

You can revive someone killed by a death effect or someone who has been turned into an undead creature and then killed again. Constructs, elementals, outsiders and undead creatures cannot be raised. The spell cannot bring back a creature that has died of old age.

When the spell expires, the subject immediately drops dead as though it had never been raised.

This spell expires within five minutes, and requires diamonds worth a total of at least 5,000g.

If I run into anymore spells, I'll be sure to post them here.
