I've put up a new global announcement for forum rules. For the most part, this is all common sense stuff, but the one thing I'd like to point out is that I've put in a bit about the use of images on the forums. If you use an image that is particularly large, please put it in spoiler tags. Gigantic images can stretch the thread horizontally and make it very difficult to read.
