Well, there's always http://www.wowpedia.org/ where you can find more information about pretty much everything in Warcraft lore but to give some more information on Blood Knights...

Before the Scourge most High Elven Paladins and Priests were part of the Church of Light (nor were they called Blood Knights as far as I know).
When the Scourge did attack Quel'Thalas, a lot of High Elves, now named Blood Elves to honour their fallen comrades, turned away from the Light as they believed it had betrayed them in their hour of need. In other words, the Blood Elves had nearly no Light users left (ssafe for those who didn't turn their backs to the Light).

When Kael'Thas, now in Outland, attacked Tempest Keep, he captured M'uru (a Naaru) and sent it(him?) back to Silvermoon as a source to feed his people. The magisters, not content with simply draining his magic to feed on, devised a way to corrupt M'uru's Light powers and channel them to those who wanted to become Paladins (without the Paladin virtues and such). Lady Liadrin, being the first to use these newly acquired powers, became the leader of this new Paladin order, the Blood Knights.

After Kael'Thas attacked the city and stole M'uru, Lady Liadrin travelled to Shattrath city for help where she heard that M'uru sacrificed himself willingly and that the Naaru already knew what'd happen to the Blood Elves. The Blood Elves were "forgiven" for how they treated the Light and their Blood Knights now follow the proper ways of the Light again in order to use its powers to protect their homeland.
(That's how Blizzard puts it anyway, if it's different on this server, it'd be great to know)

That's when they joined the Shattered Sun Offensive, right? I read about that. I just wanted to see if there were any other details I may have missed. :3

Thanks though.
That's pretty much all I know that's happened to the Blood Knight order so I don't believe you missed any important details about that.
