ICly, would it be possible to buy a rideable drake, like you can OOCly?
Eeeehhh... Definitely no. The only character that's ever ridden one was Sersay, and she was a legend on CotH.
EDIT: Also the fact that Netherwing Drakes are very rare.
This reminds me of Avatar... Anyone else?
