I noticed that it was old, and I know that Maulbane is banned, but I don't see how this relates to the building. I simply agree to his suggestion.

Now it's more then 6 months old and does anyone know if anything was ever done on the house?

Not much I could really think to do, but I looked into this and added a few things.

The alchemist and herbalist are now hanging about the Goldshire inn.
