Okay i'm trying to change my realmslist to the Coth one but I cant find my Wow folder. and Vista doesnt have a run option and when i go into my harddrive and look for it ... it wont show up.. Help!
So. . . Vista doesn't have a folder search thingy?
it does and i found the file finally after alot of seaching but the problem is that i cant edit anything I dont understand why? inside the folder is says accout billing Tech support, World of warcraft laucher, uninstall Wow, Wow readme , wow Manual. and thats it
You got a WoW shortcut on your desktop, right?
Click with the RMB (right mouse button) on it, then Properties and see the adress in the "Target" textbox. Then go to that adress (it should be your WoW root folder) and run a search of the whole folder, saying "realmlist.wtf" (without the quotes). Only one file should appear, named realmlist.wtf. Double click on it with LMB. You should get a window, saying that the file can't be opened and have two radio button choices - to search for a program that is able to open it on the Net or select a program from a list of installed programs. Choose the second, then find Notepad, click on it and click Okay. Notepad should open now with the realmlist. Just modify it to the one, said everywhere in the site and you are done.

PS: If the Target folder doesn't lead you to your WoW root folder, try searching realmlist.wtf from Computer, it will take some time, but it will find it for sure. ;)
