Okay! So....I was playing CoTH on my Desktop, and had minimal requirement settings relating in crappy edges, low visual quality and usually a low framerate. Not unbearable but slow enough to be annoying.

In October or so, I switched to a laptop that is stronger than my desk top and have sense been running like a dream.

As of late, ( a couple of days ago ) I have been seeing huge lag spikes, but only when I'm targeted. The game will run flawless then someone will target me and it will render my game damn near frozen. Movements extremely late and choppy beyond reason. I'm not sure what the sudden change was and I am eager to get rid of it as this has usually come in the times where I need smooth or decent fps the most. ( leading events and such )

So I ask if anyone has any suggestions or anything? Cache cleared multiple times. Someone also told me to disable GHR which I have done as well...I'm thinking about getting rid of Questhelper too, but once upon a Time I run those both fine without a problem. I did update to the new GHI v.26 but even that was running fine for a little bit. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
anybody else experience this problem? OR have a similar thing happening? I'm curious if there is something I can do on my end to stop it.
What addons are you running?

I'm probably way off here, but I think that some addons have to shoot some information to other people. For instance, Roleplay Addons. Try disabling all of your addons and see if that helps.

If not, I've never heard of this happening. D:

Edit: Just noticed the addons bit. Disable Questhelper and check, that thing eats memory.
