You delete some files... I'll tell you later when I find the information on the names so you can search it up on your computer.

As I recall, the specific file that you remove is patch.MPQ, which is found in your World of Warcraft\Data\ folder. Once that is removed, you run the repair application. Once it starts, it'll mention that the game will have to be patched to work again. Once the repair is done, you either manually patch up to the current patch or you just let it patch and then stop it when it reaches the appropriate patch.
As an aside, I think I saw notice that 3.3.3 had been updated for Arcemu within the last day or so. At least, I vaguely remember seeing a tweet about it. It's my hope that we'll be up-to-date somewhat soonish. I'm in the process of clearing out some files myself to have a second copy of the game; I've got raids to attend retail-side, but I'm dying from the lack of roleplay!
Edit: Bingo! Found one of the threads! One thing I forgot to note was that you only want to check files, so make sure you don't choose to reset any of your other settings.
