There is no set time. The server will most likely be updated when there's a stable release of the database. Or something server related.

Look around a bit first, two topics in one day about the same thing.
No one can say right now when 3.3.3 will be applied to CotH. All we know is that in the future, there will be a massive reload to support Cataclysm and it's lore.
