I just recently Grunted and also downloaded 3.3.5 (this is why i'm asking)

Is the server down? Cause when I click select realm no realm is on the list.

EDIT: Additionally, the realmlist.wtf all checks out.

Good. I feared for my sanity if I'd downloaded 3.3.5 and I shouldn't have.

Bear in mind it still might not be happening and I still might go on a vicious killing rampage. o_o
