There are many threads everywhere about RPing DK's, such as
http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.htm ... 0503&sid=1
and (another thread on the CotH forums which I have currently LOST)
But I don't know if they mention the combat of DK's. I suppose you just take the spell, read up on the spell and how it is cast and go from there.
Maybe find some lore or detail on the rune magic?

P.s. Sorry I could not be off more help, DK's are definitely -not- my strong point.
To addon to the front of this thread without having read the other two pages;

The way I remember it is to think about your body. Not just your head, hands, soft parts. Think of your anatomy as a whole. Each part has to be moved and put into thought if you're fighting. Saying 'Durr I punch you in face' when you're five feet from each other isn't fun to watch nor to fight against. To really put that last bit of shazaam into your emotes, try to remember to type out what the rest of your body is doing, such as fists up, legs pushing against the ground to vault forward the elbow cocks back and flies right to Rofupi to knock him out of his armor and out of the arena, landing in a rooftop in Ratchet down below.
I'm gonna have to quote you and and that Anski, that's something I meant to mention as well, and forgot to. I intended to since I described in the mage throwing a frostbolt emote that his arm was tensing, instead of just ignoring the fact that it takes effort and strain on certain muscles to throw something, or to utilize a weapon.
aroes Wrote:I figure I should ask this before continuing to use it. Warlocks, can they use mages spells such as blink, frostbolt, wards, and other minor schools of magic such as ilusion and conjuration?

Aroes I just found a quote to back everything up and make it clear..

"Warlocks were once arcanists - or shamans in the case of the orcs - who, in pursuit of ever-greater sources of power, abandoned their studies of the arcane or nature and delved into darker, fel-based shadow magic. "

Abandoned being the key word.

EDIT: Im just gunna put the whole paragraph in there, because it has alot of useful stuff
"Warlocks were once arcanists - or shamans in the case of the orcs - who, in pursuit of ever-greater sources of power, abandoned their studies of the arcane or nature and delved into darker, fel-based shadow magic. Warlocks still retain their skills in the manipulation of the chaotic element of fire, although their focus is on delivering excruciating pain and drawing out the suffering of their victims. No longer do they aim to use the effective application of arcane energies to efficiently dispose of their targets from a safe distance, instead warlocks revel in their victim's pain while their fel minions engage their target."

Yeah, when it comes to Warlocks, and -any- class, you can use only what's available to you. I neglected to get into specifics because, well, this applies to every class. If Warlocks could use fel magic -and- arcane, they'd be classified as a prestige class for mage.

Edit: I also updated the part about priests, and added Anski's quote with a new example of how to use that sort of thing.
Couldn't have put it better myself.
