No its after you download it your supposed to unzip it or something and I don't remember how to do it.
First right click your desktop, select the create new folder option.
name it ''Model viewer'' or anything you wish and extract the files to that folder.
When extracted, open the folder and there you have it!
*sigh* The viewer comes up but chest armor leg armor etc. aren't showing up.

No, I'm on whatever patch is needed to run this server. I think 4.1.something
Ok yeah, the server can support the current patch. you need the current patch to run modelviewer unhindered
Really? Last time I fully patched I had to depatch and that took forever..

That was probably way back when 2.4.0 came out and we didn't catch up until a month or two later. Anyway, the server supports the latest patch, yes.
