I don't think that question was begged at all.
I will never look forward to going on CotH and having to travel from the Northern Eastern Kingdoms to Southern Kalimdor. It'll prevent more than it'll entice.
Most people on the server keep their hearthstones set to Warsong Gulch and use the gulch as a transportation and OOC point. They're in the game for convenience, not for realism.
