Ensure that you read the Item Request FAQ. It is obvious that some people have not.
The most obvious is when people write in one long paragraph without pressing return. If you did this, I deleted your ticket and you will have to resubmit. I'm serious, it's very annoying. If you found that your ticket was deleted and your name doesn't show up at the completed tickets thread, then I deleted it for not conforming to the FAQ. Re-read it, try again.
