Does anyone know anything about the ice that Kil'jaeden put the spirit of Ner'zhul in?

Like, how it worked, where did he get it from, because it enhance his mental powers somehow, so how did that work?

Just my noob questions....
Kretol is going to rip out your flesh and eat it for dinner, when he finds out, that you double topic'd and also named your topics question. :P
"The term "Frozen Throne" literally applies to this crystal, about the size of a tauren in full armor. Kil'jaeden crafted the original from ice in the Twisting Nether[3] (which was massive — probably about the size of a decent castle) to house Ner'zhul's (now the Lich King's) soul. The harsh entry into Azerothian airspace and the impact with the glacier greatly reduced its size. " - http://www.wowpedia.org/Frozen_Throne

Eredar Demon Magic, it seems.
Alright, I read all of that.

How does it work though, it said his mind was expanded 10fold once placed in it, is it due to the ice or by Kil'jaeden?
I reckon it's the ice that was filled with some kind of Eredar Magic when Kil'jaeden crafted it. It could also be that Ice from the Twisting Nether has these properties.
