Conquest of the Horde

How could one get close enough to my picture or to the warcraft III shaman? I got the coif of elements but can't think of any particular items for it.

Can't promise anything, but is there any way for there to get a larger picture?

It's hard but I'd suggest the Earthborn Kilt or whatever and the simple mantle (shirt) along with random furry claws.

I have an orc that somewhat looks like your picture, however, you'll have to wait until I can get my computer up and running again, since it died on me and needs to be re-installed.
