Passed by tongue throughout several towns of Duskwood and Elwynn, there are rumors of a crazed Forsaken scientist. Said to roam the roads looking for test subjects, he wields an endless supply of horrible elixers and potions meant to torture and maim his victims!
He is rumored to be living in one of the many destroyed and abandoned townships and homes along the main road of Duskwood. Supposedly, he's killed quite a few people already!
