Conquest of the Horde

Hi, i played on this server a while ago, loved it, but then i had to go back to school for a while. Now I'm back but i can't log in on the server?
Says my info is invalid.

And i try to recover it but that thing also says my info is invalid.
Could anyone with the permission check the list of server accounts and see if they find mine?

P.S I'd love if you try other solutions or anything to help me get my account back, you're server is the best RP experience I've had.
