It's an interesting concept. I'm sure it may help CotH to retain some of it's new people, but I'm not sure exactly -how- effective it may be.
I have to say, leveling my first character on the Server has been...interesting. It's always nicer to level an RP character, at least for me. It gives them a little more weight.
Oh, and not being able to buy all of your skills as you charge to 50? DAMN anoying...That at least would be a great reason for a charity.
Though to be fair, with Kayhn sitting at 48, he's done for leveling for about 3 more weeks. *Sigh* But i must wait. Oh well.
It will likely be exploited. It's fun, for sure, but exploitable. I think there's a GOOD reason why people don't meddle IC and OOC economy.
