It's from MMowned, but I edited it to improve it (silly headband issues slated for next edit! :B). And to answer your question, I shared it with one person here, who seems to have spread it.

I'd advise you to keep custom patches off retail. It's a bannable offense. Granted, they don't scan frequently at all, but there's still the scan.dll in the World of Warcraft folder which lets them do so. And you can't delete it.
If I recall, you can open up the scan.dll on Wordpad and erase all of the text, which breaks the scan function, but that's a moot point if the mod doesn't work there.
