Kilik.. is none of those. He really doesn't like humans, at all. He's only somewhat befriended one troll (gasp!), he's cautious around orcs...
Well, he's what I imagine most Blood Elves would be. Snobby, hates humans, dislikes other races, obsessed with himself.. etc.

Having three Blood Elves that I play actively (And a night elf might I add) I don't see why this is as 'repulsive' as you say it is.

People would probably see it as a personal attack towards their characters.
Which would be even funnier if they displayed one of said traits.
