Resurrecter: Tenrai
Killer: "Mutt" Necronium.

The doomguard had damaged Dak'ratar greatly, nearly sundering his soul with its touch, but only succeeding in damaging it. He managed to avoid being crushed, only to burn to near death in a wave of fel-flame. When the Tauren and Reigen argued about keeping him alive, Necronium settled the argument by blasting him with a death coil, finishing him. They took him to Silvermoon, where his body was healed and his soul was as much as the healers were able. Soon he was returned to new life by that priest and her holy energies. Death had caused a strange, unsettling in him. He now better understood the peace of death, and the anger of the spirits he disturbed with his hexing. Perhaps it was time to rethink how his life was going....

Tempo. Drawbacks: Slight Limp, many scars and burns that could open up. A bit of mental slowness and/or random migraines with random seizes of anguish.
Perma. Drawbacks: Soul damage. (i.e. someone could steal his soul magically easier, or it could be easier damage. Less resistant to mind-controlling or altering effects.)
'Soul Damage' is... a little vague. Could you not elaborate and come up with a couple more drawbacks?
