All jokes aside though, you need to be patient. I don't believe there is any confirmation made for introductions but I am sure when a GM reviews it, you'll find out one way or another!
Remember that sometimes it takes minutes, sometimes it takes hours and sometimes it takes days for an Intro to be reviewed. If you think it may not have sent once again then I suggest you PM Kretol directly and see if it was sent in.
