The sound of the shot still echoed through the hills of the jungle as a horse and its rider both tumbled down, ending in a ditch by the road. The rider tried to flee, despite being old and suffering bruises. An other bullet soon found its way into his leg, stopping his escape. Gennas was soon surrounded by mercenaries. His petty attempt of a plea was silenced by a boot in the head.

He woke up sometime later, finding himself in the cellar of the Raven Hill in. A place he knew too well. The investigation was violent , and he spoke, but his interrogators didn't seem to find it useful, and Coriv gave order. Jethro pulled the trigger, ending Gennas's life.

As he opened his eyes he burst into violent screaming as the last the last of his wounds got sealed up. The pain was soon over and he looked around noticing a seemingly young shadow priest, standing by a mage who offered Gennas a hand saying:
" You were reckless again, father."
Gennas took the hand, and the mage helped him into a sitting position. They were in a small cottage, seemingly long abandoned.
"What happened?"
"Something was...eating you... It seems that I have found you just in time...again. "
Gennas grunted and slowly stood up, walking out of the cottage. The old man looked around, sighing. His hand twitched as he slowly lifted it up, trying to conjure a bolt of Fel, only to realise that the pain is too great. After muttering something in Old Arathi he ventured into the forest of Duskwood, saying nothing to those behind him.
