Heheh! I remember mention of this NPC, but never got to see him! I think he's adorable.

Yet... As silly as he looks its quite a fitting one for an ambassador of Stormwind.
He's not as..."chasey offy" as Harmonic. So, ya know, he looks proper, I think.
