I didn't boot you for anything you said to Kag. I booted you for being rude to other players, and myself, when we suggested for you to read the wiki. We have no problem with you doing this at your leisure, however, if you do have a question, or are being particularly rude in chat, we will refer you to the wiki, stickies, and/or the rules.

Again, I booted you for the snarky reactions you were giving to people. And logging back on directly and making the comments that you did really didn't help.
But, you see, not everyone can get the "playfully joking to see if you're paying attention" bit. With some GMs, they can see that and laugh it off, some don't see it as a joke and just treat it as a violation. It seemed, to me, like a bit of a sarcastic retort. It may have been harsh for the GM in question to go straight to kicking you, but you have to understand that sarcasm does not transmute on the internet well.

I think this whole thing really is just a misunderstanding and something to learn from.
I didnt give a "snarky" reaction to anyone, while online. My words had no venom, and no meaning. I wasnt rude to anyone. That is, untill this post started, and people decided it was fun to try and disprove me, or explain why they unrighteously kicked/banned me. Yes, it's his server. But you have to follow his rules, and plainly, I was. You had no reason to kick me.
The reason, again, is your attitude. You keep showing it.
You post a thread like this, don't feel insulted or "picked-on" if a few people try to reason or disagree with you. No one's being confrontational here, and we're all being reasonable. Can we agree that the situation was just a misunderstanding that escalated?

You were told to read the FAQ, you said "No thanks" or something to that ring- just a normal sarcastic joke. The GM kicked you for it, which is neither wrong or right of them, and then you came back and "thanked" him- the same sarcasm that got you kicked in the first place.
Ban = permanent.
Suspend = temporary.

Rensin's kick was hardly harsh. It was no more than a 10-second interruption, and was simply intended to ensure the player was aware of what the GM was saying.

At this point, you're starting to wear my nearly-limitless patience thin. You'd do much better to follow my suggestion earlier about starting a post with "Sorry for the misunderstanding..." and then go from there.
Thank you Bolshe. I got pissed off.. It happens to everyone, and everyone has their moments... Anyway... Please have a valid reason for kicking me next time. Something we can all agree remotely... is valid. If I can prove that it's invalid, or give good reason, then I shouldnt have been booted..... BTW, this was supposed to be posted before you three commented, but it didnt happen. Sorry. If it was nearly limitless, then it would last a lot longer.
A simple whisper would suffice, Kretol. Kicking enrages people, and provoke them.
This is so full of venom. And just...ya know. This is a horrible foot to put forward when you start someplace. Can you really not see that your being rude?
I dont feel "picked on" or insulted.... I do however, feel angry, that people cannot see past their on hands and put themself in someone elses place... If I were a GM and I heard my comment, I would most likely ask the person to stop in a whisper, or tell that it was sarcasm, and maybe poke them back with sarcasm, not a kick. This is rather pointless, since we are solving nothing, and I'm not getting any more awake. I can see, Rensin, and I can see that you dont understand why. Venom is now intended.
Didnt realize I was double posting, sorry, and no, you did not inform me.
I'd suggest re-reading the posts earlier, as he DID mention to stop double-posting...twice.

I believe, however, that this thread is done. Nothing productive has come of it, and so far it is doing nothing but festering. Therefore, I am going to lock it.
At this point, it seems as though you feel you are right in every situation, and this will lead to trouble in the future. For the record, I told you in two of my replies here to stop double-posting, then finally issued a board warning.

Edit: IBL!
