Astus took a deep breath. The rolling green hills were a great place to start. Fresh cut spring flowers... with a hint of lemon? Astus couldn't really tell, but the place smelled lovely. He held out his hands and each eye of dominion embedded in his armor would glow softly. The corpses began to move, albeit slowly, shovels digging into the ground over and over as Astus stand back and concentrated. The artifacts were making this much easier. With him he carried the small orb he'd procured in the catacombs, it somehow linked the material world with the shadow plane, thus allowing him to tether undead to it. This allowed him to take little strain to hold the twenty-some skeletons in his midst. They were only fit for labor, any fighting would crumble them to dust. They toiled away for the longest time at the soft earth until soon a large cavern was dug. Astus sighed, looking at the setting sun. They should probably set up a camp before wolves came out. But Astus really felt like they should continue, and so he nodded as they'd stop digging and begin to outfit the area with stones, a few others seeming to have been working on them all day as they continue to make more.

Astus grunted annoyedly. This is taking too long.
