Conquest of the Horde

I created a profile back in September, which was accepted past the initial review and stuck in the pending gruntship subforum. However, I kind of got swept up in the new school year that had just started and never followed up on the character. I've gotten everything back under control and renewed my interest in role-playing, so here I am once again.

I was wondering if I should continue with that old profile (I reread it and still like it,) or if I should start over and create a new profile.

Also, is there anywhere I can download the 3.0 client?

I tried un-patching like the connection guides suggest, but it would always repair to retail. After that, I tried downloading the entire client again from the World of Warcraft site, but it said it was the 4.0 client.
