Class of character/NPC (Or the closest normal class that it would resemble): Warlock
Name of character/NPC (Include both the desired in-game name and a full name (if applicable)): Khuurl
Exact modelID requested (find using wowhead - check the page source and do a search for displayid): 21118
Duration that character will be used (However many days for an event, or persistent): Persistent.
Purpose for the character/NPC (Event, storyline, etc.): General antagonization of the Outland Draeneic population, as well as a possible event hub for future evil Outland RP.
Location the character/NPC will reside: Outlands, in general. He will move throughout the lands out there, but will remain outside of typical settlements.
Level requested (Must be a normal level; 1-80): 80.
Any special equipment needed: Nope. If it's possible, however, could factions be set so that he would not be attacked by other Broken?
