Alywien Starwing fought bravely against all who challenged her. But one challenger had her down.
An intense war between the Shamaness Abigail and the Death Knight Alywien waged for hours. Both were scarred, bleeding, dying out.
Alywien tried to end her opponent once more, with a spear of ice. But her stake was turned against her, and her heart was pierced.
Alywien was liberated from her curse.

The paladin who was close to the dying Shamaness swore to avenge her, by bringing Alywien back, and slaying her once more. And so, the quest to retrieve Alywien's curse began.

Along a group of travellers, guided by the dementing Runeblades of the fallen, Velina retreived Alywien's ashes. But did not know what to do.
With the guidance of a cunning evil mage, Velina began the ressurection.

Cynder's plan was simple, enslave the paladin, enslave the death knight, receive power.
But she was not the only one with plans.
Velina did not see how she was deceived, and nor did Cynder.
With the help of an enslave necromancer, the ceremony began. It took a long hour before Alywien regained form, and another long moment before she came to.

Raging at this trickery, she tried bargaining for her freedom.
The Mage released her, and empowered and guided by the hunger, the Necromancer fell first.
Fed, Alywien was satisfied.
The Mage wanted her gift.. Her "reward". Alywien gave her nothing but the freedom of life.

Alywien's hunger is strong, but it will likely be weakened soon enough,
Her insanity grows, as it does with each time, and her skin will be forever sensitive to fire, as Fire is what she fought.
