The clouds above Duskwood seemed to never let off as they poured down on the roads below with a loud storm. Two sets of eyes were locked onto one another in the distance, a mere twenty feet, as plated armor was drenched and the cloth under it soaking through. On one side, a man stood proudly and held up a large warhammer, his armor covered in dents and nicks, as he glared across the way at his foe. The tip of a runeblade hit the ground as its wielder returned a hateful glare of his own to the paladin, slowly dragging it across the wet road as he began marching towards the man. "Damned creature, I have heard of your acts. Your misdeeds end -here-!" the words came out the paladin's mouth proudly and commanding. "Pathetic..." Rydanovich barely even spoke the word, between his hushed tone and the rain it could hardly be heard at all.

The almost golden haired man growled at the death knight for a moment before he charged across the road and brought his warhammer to bear against his opponent, the runeblade swept through the air and collided with the weapon and held it back. "Give up, monster! You can't win!" Another swing came around as the knight pushed forward and knocked the man back, gashing him across the arm before he charged again and smashed his hammer against Rydanovich's sword. The rest happened so fast, almost a blur to the eyes of the paladin as both of his hands were suddenly cleaved off at the wrists as his right leg shattered at the knee. He screamed in pain as he toppled over and onto the road, his warhammer slamming against the dirt to his side as the knight stood over him."Maggot! Finish me now, but more will come! You will pay!" The words fell on deaf ears as Rydanovich grabbed the man off the ground and shattered his other knee with a hard kick, his screams dampened by the storm around them as he thrashed against the knight's grip.

A sickening crack could be heard as the paladin was slammed against a tree, his back twisting into a horrid angle as the knight brought his runeblade up to his cheek. "Enough talking." he commanded as he dragged the blade across the man's mouth and sawed through his cheeks and finally ripped his jaw from his head. Another blast of agonized screams fed straight into Rydanovich's face as he began sawing the man in half at the waist, glaring into his eyes the entire time as he parted the man into two parts and threw the torso onto the road. The paladin managed a few more gargled shakes before he finally passed out and died moments later.

Rydanovich carefully stitched the two halves back into one and begins searching for a large, straight piece of wood. Forced to make due with a more jagged length of lumber, he started ripping the man's clothing off and tossing away what of his armor he had not already broken. With a foul number of noises, the knight began forcing the wood into the man's rectum, pushing it farther and farther untill it finally impacted the root of the man's skull. A rough crack onto the man's head allowed the stick to pass through, a piece of cloth jammed inside the skull to help hold the wood still. Nearly an hour would pass before he finally finished skinning the man and stitching it from the man's forehead and down to his toes. Rydanovich carefuly and firmly planted what he thought to be a banner into the ground beside the road, stepping back to gaze upon his creation.

The knight nodded only once before he began to stride off, never looking back at what he'd done. He struggled to put his thoughts to words as he began to slowly speak them out, careful not to slip up or garble the sentence.

"I know. He'd thank. Me."
