Conquest of the Horde

So maybe this is a 'oh duh' moment for me or something but I just came back from hiatus... and my characters are gone! Is that normal? Is there any way for me to get them back?

There has been a server restart. You have to remake and reapprove them all.

There was a server restart. All of their profiles still exist on the wiki, but you may have to change them to fit our new timeline.

I'm afraid they are gone for good.
