Trying to sync up a large group of new players is a tough thing, for sure...
Perhaps set a timeline for what level people should be to try to catch Adventurer RP in. Like, "Week 1- level 1-10." "Week 2- Level 10-20" "Week 3- Level 20-25"
and so on. (I don't have a good feel for how fast one levels when roleplaying in-game actions, especially with a server with different EXP gain, so those are probably bad level examples)
If you can't participate for one week, or something, then you could just make sure you get to the level bracket for when you can.
To participate, all you need is to have a character made for this purpose at the level of the week. At level 50, I suppose yall'd submit character profiles for the active participants and set aside inactive/unleveled characters.
